The HUMMS formed in 2008 on the outskirts of Hartwell, GA where they recorded their first songs in a 1950’s mobile home, proclaimed to be haunted. The group began touring in 2009 on the release of their debut EP "Are You Dead?". Their first album "Lemonland" released in 2010 via Bachelor, Gypsy Farm and Odd Box Records. The HUMMS continued to tour regionally before going on hiatus in 2013. Their follow up album "Vampire Hours" released in 2020.
