Sally Edmondson Mus. Dip. started writing songs at the age of 14, but life took her in another direction. She started seriously writing songs again in 1997 when she joined the Guild of International Songwriters and Composers (GISC). In 2004 GISC described her song 'A Way' as an excellent project.
In November 2004 Sally started her own publishing company Every Day Music (EDM) as a vehicle to promote her own music. EDM4MUSIC! has since expanded to include the work of other songwriters and up-and-coming artistes.
Sally is delighted to have been asked by Nikki Marett-Gregory to write the score to accompany Nikki’s recently completed _script, which will be previewed at the Opera House, Jersey, Channel Islands 9th-13th June 2008. The plot, which is still very much under wraps, is pretty unique and over the next few months a little more will be revealed at www.edm4music.co.uk. Nikki plans to start auditions for the Jersey production in the autumn of 2007.
