Joe was born and raised in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Since his early 1990 hit with ""She Treats Me Like A Stranger"", Joe has toured with Country Music superstar Tracy Lawrence, worked as a development artist with Sony Music, and as a staff songwriter with Sony Pubilishing Group. Now in 2007, Joe has come to a new stage in his career. After paying several years of dues in the industry, he has developed a style in his music that can only be identified as his own. Those who have experienced Joe's performances in the past, know the energy and emotion that is delivered and those who haven't will be hearing his music quite often in the future.
