So, the big question is..... what is Baxull all about? Truth is that even Baxull doesn't know what he's all about...... Fact is that Baxull is Arjan Bakker from Delft in the Netherlands. Influenced by artists like Chris Whitley, Daniel Lanois, Joe Strummer, Los Lobos and others, he's trying to make his own version of, what he thinks, is the best way to say something without using words. Some say his music sounds like instrumental Americana.... others use words like ""bluesy"" or ""soundtrackmusic""..... Well, it's all that.... mixed with a little Baxull.... Have a listen!
