Emathea is an unsigned hard-rock band from Flekkefjord in Norway.
The band is influenced by bands like: Metallica, Soundgarden, Pantera and Fuel.. Chris and Kelly started the band in january 2006, after playing music with several other bands.. Emathea did a 6 track EP and a music video in the summer and xmas 2006. Emathea have also been support act for bands like: JORN(ex-Masterplan), Turbonegro, Backyard Babies, etc… Played at festivals like: norway rock festival and fjellparken rock festival here in Norway. And the soundtrack on Cactus Films in Mexico: Baja 250 2007, is made by Emathea! We have also got some great reviews, fans and awards on garageband.com. We have been in the studio this june and made a 3 track singel, which is in the stores right now..!. And we playedat this years fjellparkfestival.com! all fans and rockers out there! we will hopefully be on the road , playing live, in two or three months...!!!!!!!!
