On April 2006, Antonio Louro (AKA Craft) and Luis Rolo decided to join efforts to compete in the music contest ""KAFEKOMSOM"" organized by the Teatro Municipal da Guarda. They tried to mix one's Hip-Hop with the other's alternative Pop forming ""Dual Tone"". After the contest Sofia Prata joined the band, giving Dual Tone's music some extra spice. And by the way, they won the contest.
