Hey, I am DJ Phi, also known as Mitch, the creator of ""Screw The Guitar, Get A Sitar"", ""Wishes"" and ""Come On"". I Live in Calgary.

THE SONGS
Positronica (All 3 Versions)- My newest song, and also it is my first song created on Garageband. Garageband comes with various software instruments including various synthesizers. Drums were from my keyboard. For the ""Scratch & Drum Dubs"" I did semi manual scratching with my turntables, i edited some of it because it was off beat except for the portions in the song.

Wishes- A song including vocals by me, easy to make, it's only good because of the inspiration i had.

Screw The Guitar, Get A Sitar Song involving the rarely heard ""Sitar"", longest song i've made for it is 6:43 minutes long!!! ENJOY!!!!!


Sawtooth- My second song that goes with the 4/4 8 bar thing, Drum beat is a bit loud... I know... you can barely hear the sawtooth (which i found out actually may not be a sawtooth wave) I have an edited version that i may put vocals on.

Come on- More of a ""dance song"" but it could use some touching up. Has the coolest drumbeat ever, i didn't make it, it was a keyboard preset!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Proportional Strings- Easy to make, sub-par quality, took ten minutes to make. Only used 2 files to make it. Uses EQ.

****The guitar sound is from a cd from paul oakenfold that he created for DJ's. My sister told me how it sounds like a song by janet jackson, ""all night"". So apparently, oakenfold samples his crap and now i'm pissed, but i'll keep the song on anyways.*******
