Noel Cohen is a New York based songwriter who's had songs recorded by wide variety of artists. Most recently, The Weather Girls of ""It's Raining Men"" fame have recorded his dance song, ""You Ain't Never Been Loved"". Elektra pop artist Vitamin C recorded one of his songs for her Platinum selling debut, and the late R&B Diva Phyllis Hyman recorded a song she and Noel wrote together on her final CD.
