I've always dreamed of reading a review that describes my music as "an unholy amalgam"; of what, is inconsequential to me, so long as those words are used. This is a solo project, one that has been many years coming. I'm working on songs that are minutes old, and others that are 25 years and more. This was a product of deciding that it was time to follow my muse wherever she chose to lead, whether I like the direction or not. Letting a song write itself is a particularly satisfying if sometimes disconcerting experience; this is what I'm shooting for, music that is both satisfying and (sometimes) disconcerting.
More bio-type stuff: I've been playing guitar for some 30 years, and writing for at least 25 (with a lengthy lay-off known as graduate school). I play acoustic and electric guitar, bass, some keyboards, and attempt to sing. I also do all my own production, arrangements, and recording. Yesiree, a one-man industry unto myself.
