Hi There! We're back! We've got fifteen rough diamonds of alternative Tralala rock/pop songs for you on this brand new album "LET IT FLOW!"
W.K. gave us a rang after our special Australian Tour in januari 2005. He had some free studio hours that summer. We started to rejoin our "no worries" concept band and gathered together in his picturesque Holland Mudshark Sound & Vision Studio to write and record most of the new material. The songs poured out of the tap and W.K. kept on yelling: LET IT FLOW!
Don't let the "tralala" name deceive you.
This is music with a bite! These lyrics (are) really mean! This is serious rock roll!
(Ahum)
We feel living is worthwhile and we hate it to be threatened. We've got the feeling you're out there somewhere, sharing this simplicity. We're fed up with those anxiety & terror provoking politicians . Consumerism makes us puke. Suicide-bombers will remain speechless. Ignorance is a pain in our ass. This time we refuse to be tossed around like moaning sheep! This music reveals our thoughts, feelings and struggles. Don't expect to find any answers.
BE YOUR OWN GORILLA AND LET IT FLOW!
But don't be deceived again. The Tralala's are not in politics, The Tralala's ar not in propaganda, The Tralala's aren't even in web design! There's only one reason for this album: it's our record of creating music. Music with all its high's and lows, with all its smoothness and all its harshness. Music even with soundscapes colliding with silence. Expect drums sounding like drums. Expect basses sounding like basses. Expect electric guitars sounding like electric guitars. Expect vocals to be released from a throat. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Their jewels were of little use, their gold worthless. But it was sweet to commit sin, to be an individual. Not in public. Not a shining beacon for the crowd. But in secret, emanating a deep and vicious glow." (F. Bordewijk, "Blokken", 1931).
Thanks for dropping in!
See You!
