Unit: E was born in the basement of a house party in Arlington, Va.
Ken Evinger, a veteran of the NYC Rock Scene, joined forces with George Belton, a DC-based FunkMaster, and together created a blend of music so deep you can feel it in your soul.

Their debut LP, "Straight Out the Basement," quickly earned the band critical acclaim on many fronts -- musicianship, lyrical content, songwriting, improvisation, and creative production skills -- just to name a few. A true passion for their craft has earned Unit: E a steadily-growing fan base that spans many different cultures and backgrounds.
