LESSON ZERO is an indie, adult contemporary, roots-rock band from Northern Virginia with strains of country, Cajun, pop, and blues sounds thrown in to their original music for good measure. DJ Andy Och from WRYR describes their music as sounding like a mix of The Beatles, The Guess Who, Pink Floyd, The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, and The Eagles. Tight vocal harmonies and hot guitar jams add up to way cool music.
LESSON ZERO is presently working on their 3rd cd after Lesson Welcome and Lesson Won. LESSON ZERO is playing clubs and concerts close to home and recording in their studio between shows.
LESSON ZERO is Kerry Miller, bass and vocal; Terry Kean, drums and vocal; Guitar George Anspach, guitar and vocal; and Glenn Rickman, guitar, harmonica, and vocal.

Scrapin' Knuckles
It all started when I scraped my knuckles moving boxes out after my divorce. You see times were tight, and she said we'd have to cut back on spending for frivolous things which meant I had to give up drinking beer. Well I was OK with that until I came home and found out she had spent $65 on make up. Can you imagine? She said, "But honey, I bought it so I could look beautiful for you."
And I said, "That's what the beer was for."
