Breckley & Shepherd's unique approach to songwriting has been a long time coming. They have a passion for storytelling and many of their songs are inspired by their surroundings. The core members are Frank Breckley and Chuck Shepherd.

In the words of Frank, "We don't set out to write hits, but write from the heart and try to relate to people on different levels." Frank Breckley is the main lyricist and songwriter for the band. He is the Country Heart for Breckley and Shepherd. Frank is the Lead Vocalist and Acoustic Guitarist.

Chuck says, "We have been working for a long time developing our sound and have just started to explore the endless possibilities with our music." Chuck Shepherd is the Rock and Bluegrass influence in their music. Chuck is the main arranger and orchestrator. He plays Guitar, Dobro, Lap Steel, Banjo, Mandolin, and vocals.

Breckley and Shepherd perform as an acoustic duet locally, with the firepower to kick it up with a full band and special performances will be announced when the full band is appearing.


Breckley and Shepherd have just released their Debut CD, entitled "Still Not Over You" which is receiving worldwide attention. They are currently working on their second album, and more information will be available soon. Their CD is available on CD Baby, Target.com and Culpeper Music.
