"One Equals Two"" is a Solo-Project begun round the end of year 2007 in Berlin. The ""One Equals Two"" project found its birth after years of band playing and self composing from an idea and concept of the songwriter Simo and himself (1=2). Bored to try out people who actually didn't fit his musical and human purposes after years of a beautiful Band relationship with great Musicians, he decided there was no time and no other chances to waste but to find his own dimension right by himself... and it worked..
Simo, the ""One Equals Two"" initiator and perpetrator, begun playing music at the age of 14 with guitar lessons and a ""self made"" voice. His most important Music Experience came to life suddenly: ""Quicksand"", a post-grunge high school band, founded by Simo as guitar player and singer with his big friend and bass player Martino. Years later he got the luck to experience a really intense musicians-partnership with ""EON Absinth"". 2006 he moved to Berlin to reach some new air to breathe, developing his composing techniques and tools. Berlin gave Simo the possibility to get deep into the vibrations of his own music, getting inspired by the creative mood of the German capitol and working hardly on a new music concept. ""One Equals Two"" is the result of a variety of musical and human experiences, it is the next step in the maturation of a talent coming out. Simo is almost ready for you to dive in his first solo project's Ep titled "The Fine Art of Trying Again".

T.F.O.T.A. is the first Ep by One Equals Two self composed, arranged and produced.The Ep contains 5 alternative rock songs following not only a musical but also a life concept.
