My musical life began at the tender age of 45. As a notorious musical dilettante I focus on writing lyrics for my own pleasure (and secretely recorded songs), and for others.
The music I like best and which I normally write lyrics for is Rock or Blues-Rock. But every once in a while I record a folk-style song or what I use to call "classic rock" myself.

The song is based on a simple four-bar chord progression (E D C G A) that is repeated over and over - 19 times all in all. Only in the middle there is a short two-bar break. That's it.
The song came about because I fell in love with the guitar sound.
