My name is Martin Elliott and I am Sob Story. I am basically a one man band. I am a full time musician and I have been playing for about 25 years. I play mostly organic instruments (Guitar, Bass, Keys and Drums) my main skills would be Vocals and Guitar. I started playing live in Seattle in the 1980's and have the scars to prove it. I am mostly a Rock, Alt Rock kind of guy and I feel that all my songs have an element of the Blues to them although not traditional in nature. I started computer recording about 5 or 6 years ago. I got into loop recording from using acid drum loops and I got hooked. I recently started getting into midi. I play many shows in my area and I am in process of developing a live performance set that includes originals as well as covers. I am very interested in touring and doing studio and session work. I am also working on collaborations with artist in the UK as well as Canada.
