Born and raised in Washington, DC, Anzi has always had a love of music and performing. Her passion for singing started at a young age and she started singing in national choirs and getting cast in musical theater shows. Soon she began taking vocal lessons, which she continued throughout college, to refine her singing skills even more and the skills she learned are clearly reflected in her music today. Anzi also continued her musical career by performing in musicals, choirs, an a capella group, and she even won the Four Year Performance Arts Award from her high school. After studying psychology and theater at Georgetown University and later getting a Master’s Degree in social work at the University of Maryland, Anzi is now signed with Chrome City Records.

Anzi is a singer songwriter known for her classic sounding voice and modern vintage pop sound. With modern rhythms and beats, she sings to a combination of throwback electric instrumentation which fray into the vintage 80's era at times.
