Circuit Theory connected in the final days of 2005 when Tom, Sean, and Rick, who were all members of the defunct NJ band "Shatter Hand", re-formed with Coz as their new vocalist. With a mutual vision and desire to create something new and write music that inspires, entertains, and sets fire to the hairs on the back of your neck, the four of them began writing at the beginning of 2006.

Inspired by love, hate, life, lies, anger, and bliss, Circuit Theory finds a balance between the heavy strums and beats of anger and the melodic wails of passion. Now the band is recording their first EP and beginning to bring their music to the public.
