British-born/NYC-based pianist and singer-songwriter Anna Dagmar captivates listeners with her graceful voice and sweeping instrumental improvisations. A Unisong International Finalist and three-time Downbeat winner, Dagmar has received high acclaim for her first two albums, ""One More Time in the Air,"" and ""Solo Songs."" Dagmar has now joined forces with the extraordinary producer Ben Wittman to create ""Anna Dagmar EP"" (released April 2006). The result is a musical match made in heaven.

In addition to performing as a soloist and band leader, Dagmar collaborates with a wide variety of artists including sitarist Ikhlaq Hussain, cellist Martha Colby, song writer Nadine Goellner, saxophonist Travis Sullivan, and vocalist Theo Bleckmann.
