Aberjhani is the only known author on public record to have produced both a critically acclaimed work of nonfiction, ""Encyclopedia of The Harlem Renaissance"" (with Sandra L. West) and now a CD of modern spoken word"" THE GODDESS AND THE SKYLARK, DANCING THROUGH THE WORLD LABYRINTH, with co-artist Nordette Adams and producer Mark ""Rahkyt"" Rockeymoore. He is also author of the recently released e-book, ""Visions of a Skylark Dressed in Black,"" and ""I Made My Boy Out of Poetry."" Winner of the 2006 Connect Savannah Reader's Poll Award for Best Poet/Spoken Word Artist, the Savannah native over the past decade has gained an audience of readers as well as listeners. In addition to drawing standing ovations during performances at the Savannah Civic Center , and heritage and literary festivals, he has also entertained on television, radio, and the Internet.
