Luigi has been tearing it up in different parts of the World. His outrageous outfits paired with unlimited confidence have made him a Superstar in nursing homes, trailer parks and at county fairs. When Luigi came to this world, people saw three bright stars at the sky. His father, who was a respected and wealthy local butcher was said to have had loose ties to the Mafia. He left the family when Luigi was only 3 months old. It was said that Emilio Caprese sailed to the Orient and opened a whore house but went bancrupt after only 3 weeks. Nobody has ever seen him or heard of him since. Luigi's mother, a charming former actress from Palermo, married Don Bastello and had 4 other children, which Luigi never met although there seem to have been attempts lately to get together. Luigi was born Luigi Emilio Caprese (he used the alter ego LEC several years when performing in India, Bangladesh and Nepal). His childhood was happy and wholesome until he got abducted by German tourists. Luigi was blond and had blue eyes and people say this was the reason for his kidnapping. They smuggled him to Germany and he was raised under extreme conditions. Ernst Braun, an unemployed carpenter made him work 12 hour days by putting Luigi at traffic lights in Munich and begg for money. Luigi still to this day speaks German fluently with a slight Bavarian accent. Thanks to an Italian Pizza baker named Augusto Penne who rescued him and drove him back to his fatherland, Luigi made it back to Sicily. Later, in his teenage years, he won the Italian championship in roller skating. After college, Luigi became an au pair for Tibetan kids in a reputable family his uncle knew from the Chinese -Tibetan war. Luigi spent 12 years in Tibet, Northern Pakistan and India, studdying with monks and gurus. While living high up in the Tibetan and Nepalese mountains, Luigi would go for long walks and climbs, sometimes lasting weeks. His Scherpa friends would guide him up to on of the base camps where he would spent days searching for the light and writing prayers and poems. After 18 years of learning, meeting people and traveling, Luigi came back to Macarata to persue his dream to be a musician and do good. This is Luigi's first internet appearance and everyone knows it's only the beginning. Luigi is simply irresistable. Once you have seen him on or off stage, there is no escape. You're trying to fight it - but it is too strong.
