Dig for fire has been around for just over a year, and things are starting to happen pretty quickly. Their show at Metro on the 6th was a resounding success, opening them up to a much larger fan base. With the help of a Q101 interview and radio airplay more and more people are starting to fall in love with the band’s sound, which has sometimes been described as a combination of old Bowie and new Beck, but is always described as original. Their first album entitled “the Sympathy of Clocks”, due for release later this year, should grant the band even more attention from what has become a formidable and ever expanding group of supporters. This band has just begun to truly succeed, and has many great things coming up in the near future.
dig for fire is: Travis Chandler, Adam Kaltenhauser, James Johnston, Brent Puls and Nathaniel Heuer
