Cold Train
Ross Hitchin started creating and playing music in the mid 1990's playing guitar in punk bands.
In 1998 he began toying around with electronic music with friends who shared a similar interest in the big Electronica artists of the time such as The Chemical Brothers, Leftfield, Daft Punk and Underworld.
As a result, this has now developed into Cold Train. An eclectic mix of House/Drum n Bass/Breakbeat rhythms with dirty melodic riffs and atmospheric chords.
Cold Train live is a continuous mixed set, performed by Ross utilising Synth's, Sequencers and live projected graphic visuals all sync-ed up to the beats.
Cold Train headlined the 'Play Festival' in 2006 and 2007, has performed two live sessions for BBC Radio and was put forward as one of BBC Radio Shropshire's nominee's to play the 'BBC Introducing' stage at Glastonbury Festival 2007.
