Could be the total sum. All I can do is speak for myself. Growing up, Laurel Canyon was a bicycle ride away from me. Still have a few surviving friends there. They were the tea toddlers at the time. They are pretty much boarded up inside their homes afraid to go out anywhere now. Sad state of affairs for all of us as the United States loses the privilege and benefits of holding the global currency and the unlimited credit card we have enjoyed here. The chickens have now come home to roost and reality is setting in. It ain't pretty. Choices are scarce for people with no money, as well as what some call "freedom".
