Earl starting singing at age five and turned professional in his late teens.
He won numerous contests including a spot on the Charlie Daniel’s Talent Roundup in Nashville, and The Jimmy Dean Country Showdown at the local, regional and national levels.
Earl and his band Coltrain have been playing together for over 12 years and have developed quite a following.
In 2001 they released their debut CD “Walking To Wyoming” and that same year were voted “Best Band in the Pacific Northwest”.
They have opened for over 50 big name country artists and are now a full time touring group covering some of the biggest country venues in the Midwest and the West.
In the past eight months, Earl & Coltrain have opened for Blake Shelton, Crystal Gayle, Williams & Ree and have performed two special acoustic show openers for Phil Vassar.
They re-released “Walking To Wyoming” and are now in regular rotation throughout most country radio stations in the West and Midwest.
Their two hit singles, “Walking To Wyoming” and “She Calls Everybody Honey” have been given numerous awards, outstanding industry reviews and have climbed the charts.
