Stutrol first gained interest in the art of music at a relatively late age of 17 through a mix of rock influences with the likes of Queen, U2 and the instrumental solo artists of the time and began to teach himself the guitar. During his student years he floated between various cover and function bands whilst in College, primarily as a guitarist and backing vocalist. As a guitarist Stutrol lent a hand at vocal duties and responses were great and described as ‘Gutsy, powerful and unique’. For the last few years Stutrol has developed his performance largely from extensively playing solo in Bars & Clubs from 2005 as a professional cover artist whilst experimenting and working on his own material arranging, producing and laying down tracks. Today Stutrol’s music is subconsciously comes from an array of influences from bands and artists with fusions of todays pop/ rock/ indie sounds along with soaring/ singing melodic guitars inspired by his love for instrumental guitar based artists such as Joe Satriani, Andy Timmons, Steve Vai etc.

Late 2009 Stutrol completed a 10 track homemade album (ReWORK 2009) of completely self produced, performed and engineered material , written and arranged music of a rock nature but with a individual Pop sensibility which listeners have described as “Unique guitar fuelled Catchy Pop/Rock” with a intent to distribute and put in the hands of promising publishing and potential Management.

As a solo artist Stutrol 'currently' at present relies on performances using Backing Tracks (self produced) and acoustic (guitar vocal) renditions of his self produced material. To the eyes and ears, Stutrol’s performances are described as powerful and energetic whilst with more softer ballad like material become restraint and moving.

THE MUSIC.................... The material is entirely written, performed, recorded and packaged by Stutrol. What is heard on the demo was solely created with limited studio equipment and relied largely on the recording capabilities of a home PC, practice guitar amp, keyboard/ drum machine, guitar, a few Microphones and much frustration, trial and error.
