Buddhaboy and Open Eye Universe has been composing and performing music for some 25 years under various Artist names. The founder of the project itself is long time Radio TV Broadcaster David Hart. David spent numerous decades on air and as a Radio Programmer trying to help bands to become known and discovered for their contributions to maing original Art or music. Hart is also a well know visual Artist and stone sculptor painter working in large formats with granite, oils and canvas and various other mediums and is well respected in the visual Arts community as well. Hart started publishing with www.ascap.com in New York in 2000 to help composer authors and bands and is also a well known socan songwriter.
The vision we follow, reports David Hart is freedom of expression. One should never follow anyone else and or get stuck in one place because something works really well. Moving outside one's comfort zone is what it's all about. Not being afraid to jump off the diving board into the unknown and make New Music and New Art so that we move forward and make new contributions to Art and Music. That's what it's all about for us.
