Hi, my name is Robert Boog and I'm not really a doctor. I just play one at Starbucks.I write songs. I live in Valencia California USA (about one hour north of Los Angeles). I can't play a musical instrument. None. And my wife claims that when i sing, I sound A LOT like a drunk Bob Dylan who keeps insisting that he's okay to drive.(so basically my singing sucks) Not exactly ideal qualities for songwriting, right? But apparently people who CAN sing and play instruments like the songs i write. Here are two songs: One is titled "Calling" and the other is "Hashtag" or "Hashtag True Story"..or #truestory.. the genre for both my songs is pop mixed with hip hop. On Hashtag my thought was to write a country song mixed with hip hop -and people tell me the best part of the song is the hiphop. Crazy, huh? The singer on Hashtag is URI and the singer on Calling is 13beatz.
