Jeremiahs Bridge got its start in 2004 with a group of friends getting together to make the type of music that they wanted to hear. That sound was a driving yet melodic orchestration with a lot of influence hinging on The Deftones, 36 Crazyfists, and 40 Below Summer. After a few switches to the cast the band ended up with it? current and now permanent line-up of musicians; Donovan Farrow (Vocals), Brian Bussell (Drums), John Ownings (Guitar) Nick Brower (Bass). With this cast the band plans to deliver a tightly knitted sound that is both powerful and musical. The band members are all locals of the Anadarko area and have all known each other since their early days in school. The overall theme of this band is to convey the energy and excitement they feel for the music to the audience and to bring a new sense of the word ?etal·to the table.
Donovan Farrow (Vocals) · He is a recently converted singer that brings a whole new sense of energy to the table. He has been playing drums for most of his life until he was confronted by Jeremiah? Bridge to sub in as a vocalist, little did he know the effect he would have on the music. His main influences pull from GlassJaw, The Used, My Chemical Romance, The Deftones, and 36 Crazyfists.
Brian Bussell (Drums) · Brian has been in several bands that have played many Oklahoma venues, such as: The Firehouse, The Asylum, The Samurai, and events hosted by USAO. Having been playing drums for over a decade he excels at his technique and execution while on stage. His influences are Nirvana, Lamb of God, NOFX, No Use for a Name, Rancid, Korn, Slipknot, and many others.
John Owings (Guitar) · Having been playing guitar for 14 years, starting out playing grunge, then moving on to more technical styles most recently, he remembers seeing The Deftones in concert and it changing his outlook on music. He draws influence from bands like 36 Crazyfists, From Autumn to Ashes, etc. ?hat genre is what I feed from·Ownings says ?nd that? what gets me stoked about playing!·
Nick Brower (Bass) · A bassist always priding himself on the tasteful use of his influences, he feels he has a lot to bring to the table with Jeremiah? Bridge. He has been playing bass for 9 years and for him, music has no boundaries, thus even after growing up in a small town, it has not dampened his open minded play style. His main influences include Rush and Primus.
