| Derek Amato is a singer/song writer and currently resides in Denver, Colorado. An accomplished guitarist, and self-taught piano player, Derek's style of writing music has been compared to the likes of Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, and Dream Theater. Upon discovering the piano only 4 months ago, his piano playing has been referred to as "unexplainable" and "truly amazing". Combining a multitude of genres, Derek performs with stylish melodies and chorus lines that take you on a musical journey. Currently, Derek has finished his independently released debut CD, "Country City Boy", a completely different mirage of his musical abilities. |
