For The BFD CLIQUE, music is more than the money and pursuing fame. This is all about their passion for making good music that stays ringing in listeners ears. Once you see their live performance, you will understand why many of their peers around the city consider them one of the groups to check for.


The BFD CLIQUE was formed in 2005 by Loose Bills, Kid Chris, and Lil Keise. Now the group just consists of only Kid and Loose after Keise separated himself from the group to pursue a solo career. These two artists bring their own individual flavor to the table. Loose, with his vivid and witty rhymes, paints a picture for the listener. Kid on the other hand presents you with a right in your face delivery and flow. Several sources around the city have said that the duo is reminiscent of Outkast , solely because of how individually different they are.


In 2007, The BFD CLIQUE dropped their first mixtape, “The City Zoo Vol.1.” 6 months later they followed up with “The City Zoo Vol.2” which was the mixtape that made people pay attention to their music. Immediately after that the group attended every open mic night in the city. They quickly became crowd favorites and gained respect from every other artist in attendance.

In April, The BFD CLIQUE won a music competition on Ourstage.com,receiving first place out of 2000 artists. Also on June 14th , the day that The Source Unsigned Hype Tour came to Jacksonville, was when The BFD proved they could hold their own with any unsigned artist in the city if there were any doubts. There were 100 unsigned artist competing and BFD came out on top and were selected to compete at the finals in Dallas, Tx.


With the help of HaterProof Management and an association with Platinum Bound Ent., The BFD CLIQUE is ready for the uphill battle to prove to people that this industry is one in which they belong.
