LYCANTHROPY
(Copyright Dakota Goldsworth)
I went down to see my baby on a saturday night
Everyone we knew was there, but she was out of sight
Then I went to the drive-in show, I can't what I saw
I saw him and she saw me, and that's when I knew lycanthropy
Lycanthropy
The mirror shows two different eyes,
the one afraid and a little surprised
The other one's all dark with rage
it lets me loose from out of my cage.
The moon shows who we really are
I'm a wolf and you're a whore
It's hard to have ze savoir faire
down on all fours and covered in hair
Lycanthropy
Little, little red-riding hood
What'd you expect in them woods
when you were warned by all the signs?
Even though you just might be pure of heart
say your prayers at night.
Don't forget to turn on the light,
don't scream babe, it'll be alright.
I warn you of these hatebreed types
Their wanderlust and love ain't right.
It's hard enough to remain civilized
in a world that's cold and full of lies.
Lycanthropy
