Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra performing Culver City Blues David Spear - composer, conductor Chip Miller - producer, arranger This Midnight, Culver City Blues is a real piece of absolute wonderful listening. Having a full orchestra involved and presenting such a sweet song in the old time blues style is so refreshing, I really enjoyed the array of tastefully appointed trumpet, it takes 20 seconds for it to unravel to get to the sweet spot, but boy is it worth waiting for the groove to unwind and listen to all the elements happening throughout this magical journey of a song. Absolute killer piano work too , that old school clarinet playing and finishing up with that fine trumpet work. This is a kicking cool vibe, lets do some listening and add it to your stations folks, a gem indeed
