Every band needs a Theme Snog - This is Ours. In November 1980, Jonny Vee met Bruce Skabs Atwell, Squirrel, Bosco, and "Brain" of Social Spit - They had just played a show at the Blind Center on Upas in San Diego, and their original Guitar Player David Phlegminger has just quit. The only record of any of the Social Spit songs was a tape of the Live Upas Street Show which Scabs had and had played for Jonny Vee. Jonny tried to learn the theme song "Social Spit" written by David, but the "Mucous" was incomprehensible. So Jonny took what he remembered of that original song, and re-wrote the mucous while Skabz rewrote the words.
