This song was recorded in an analogue studio in the hills of Fyfe,scotland when I was singer for awesome trip-hop band The Ruffness. We had just been signed toSOUNDETHIC label but we were totally falling apart as a band. I had just lost the long-term love of my live and was frankly a mess, battling with extreme paranoia and mental problems and all of us were disagreeing about everything. a nasty horrible time but we did however produce this gorgeous track a tale of broken love and a message to go slower in life.
