This song was a gift for me. I heard it playing in my mind one morning, and was thrilled. I was undergoing an intense introspection of my own self, my life, and how I handled everything. I came to realize that some of my thoughts were not what was truly happening, that I was just reacting to what I perceived was happening. Question each thought...is this truly real? I realized that I can consciously create a life filled with happiness. I began to take baby steps.

This song is about recognizing one's past, acknowledging that things did happen, and releasing all judgements and doubts. Then a "rebirth" can occur, and one can start their life over with a new sense of well being.
