Sometimes that Just Aint Enough

JUST AINT ENOUGH
I take some leaf of carefree fun
And roll it all up with my thumbs
And light it up when times get tough
But sometimes that just aint enough
Sometimes that just aint enough
I turn the page to nursery rhymes
Of fairytales, of simple times
And recite them all off the cuff
But sometimes that just aint enough
Sometimes that just aint enough
Lift the fog and set me free
Show me all I cannot see
Hold me now until the darkness goes
I take her picture off the wall
To an old box in the hall
And cover it with other stuff
But sometimes that just aint enough
Sometimes that just aint enough
