AQUARIUS CHILD
On yonder oceans years from home
Your vessel rode on rolling foam
Across unsailed horizons new
At last the fabled land to view
You have salt in your eyes
You, child
You saw the statue on the shore
A flowing azure robe it wore
On fingers, radiant rings of old
From ancient footsteps paved with gold
You have time in your eyes
You, child
A mounting murmur meets your ear
From eastwards, eagles white appear
You have sun in your eyes
You, child
You, child
