HELP ME CLIMB THIS MOUNTAIN - L. Drewello
1. Lord, help me climb this mountain, I call on you today;
to help me along this rocky path and show me the way.
Though I am weak and weary and feel I can't go on;
I hear your voice, it beckons me and tells me to be strong.
2. Though troubles all surround me, and friends cannot be found;
I ask you Lord to take my hand and lead me to higher ground.
My load is big and heavy, but if you will take my hand;
I'll gain the strength to make it through, yet another day.
3. Lord, you are my comfort, I have no friend like you.
My heart and my thoughts are yearning, to be at home with you.
I'm watching and I'm waiting, for that glorious day;
'till then help me see beyond this trial, and know you're at my side,
