lyrics by Scott, music by Jilly

In the sky, there is a comet
A collision is expected

She was only contradictions
He was nothing if not constant
At a point there was a magnet
too powerful not to mention
His feet stood up on their own
She went along, but not without tension

Oh she was his great admirer
He found himself surrounded
She wanted to take care of him
It seemed their hearts were poundin'
What was it that was happening?
when they stepped into the fire

They were dancing into the truth
but they kept looking over their shoulders
Then they got bolder (bolder)
It seems they couldn't stop themselves
from spending all that time
They both suspected this was wrong
but love, it ain't a crime

The last thing you expected
was a beam across the ocean
that could not be deflected
from the girl who paid attention
Next time you looked up
she had captured your devotion

They were dancing into the truth
but they kept looking over their shoulders
Then they got bolder (bolder)
It seems they couldn't stop themselves
from spending all that time
They both suspected this was wrong
but love, it ain't a crime

They were dancing into the truth
and couldn't stop the momentum
of what they sorely needed
Now nothing could prevent em
from thinking bout each other
over the dark and thru the light
However did it come to this
However did it come to this
However did it come to this? it happened overnight

They were dancing into the truth
but they kept looking over their shoulders
Then they got bolder (bolder)
It seems they couldn't stop themselves
from spending all that time
They both suspected this was wrong
but love, love, love, it ain't a crime

They were dancing into the truth
but they kept looking over their shoulders
then they got bolder x

A+ for Originality!
This song may not be the Motown song it's aspiring to be but it's pretty damn original.

FLOW
one of my all time favorite songs ,ever its been around for a long long time , hear that magic voice. we know who it is, well crafted song, smooth ,it is rich with cool lyrical content ,makes me happy, its a great tune, I knew I find it!!

Indie Superstars Will Rock Your World
Jilly has written and forgotten more great songs than any of us will ever touch in our lifetime, probably. She's an utter enigma, take my word for it. Anyway she doesn't like this song we co-wrote, I love to listen to it as much any any song I've ever been involved with. I find her to be a very charismatic singer, in this song and many others.

Indie Wavelength
A song with a quirky, creative vibe, Jill's vocal all over the place in a good way, twist and turns, a windy road, and interesting chord changes, all anchor by the outstanding chorus "dancing into the truth la la la/it ain't a crime," kudos...

Transistor Radio
kinda retro 60s, stellar vocals, tasty motown vibe
