"Winds blow cold…" on Music Row as a male singer-songwriter tries for a chance at following his dream to stardom. He's "closing shop and leaving town" once he realizes "he never found the dream he longed for."
He meets a girl, "the next big thing" who has similar aspirations in hopes that she will use his guitar to sing her songs on "Music Row."
