Reminiscent of 4-Non Blondes, gentle swaying guitar leads to more mellow but upbeat piano and drums with single layer vocals until later in the song. A freeing track that's meant to allow for reflection but no so much that you get stuck in the past.

Failure, bigotry, self-loathing, being lost in your own life- things that teenagers and twenty-somethings know all too well. I decided to write myself out of a hole of a mindset that kept me trapped in a spiral. The most important thing is to keep reminding yourself that you got through the hard times, and you deserve to be happy- because you're strong.
