There are people you wish you didn't meet.
People who made hell seem like the safest heaven. People who used lies to create their own universe, in which they are the only normal, sensible, talented and inteligent individuals, while the rest of us kneel and kiss their rings.
I feel sorry for such people. Deep inside, they're insecure and lonely. They project it onto us and spew hate so strong we feel its presence like symptoms of a sickness that wasn't properly treated.

It's about my ex co-worker from my previous job. She was one of the most abusive, toxic and narcisisstic people I've ever met. No one wanted to perform with her, no one wanted to work with her, and no one liked her. She sent 2 people to therapy, pretty sure they suffered PTSD from working with her. It'd take me ages to describe her behavior. Honestly speaking, ''hate'' is a very strong word which I do not use lightly, but in her case, I can confidently admit that I do hate her.
Music-wise, this song exists since 2019 and it went through tremendous amount of changes and re-writing. It started as a ''Only When I Lose Myself''-ish kind of song, then it turned into a rock song abandoned in the drafts. Never had an idea for the lyrics. It's one of those many songs I initially overwrote and then stripped down and simplified. I'm not a kind fan of EDM ''instrumental chorus'' kind of songs, but in that case, I didn't mind it and I believe it worked.
The lyrics might be kind of immature, but can I be honest? I don't think she deserves smart metaphores, wordplays or even a proper chorus. All I wanted is to be mean and petty.
