Trancentral ..... .......Inspired by watching crowds of people at a city central train station.Watching them pass eachother like ants....consumed in or on their mobile devices...looking at their faces...their expressions......I observe the technology...the routine....the work...the meeting....the money...the untrust...the judgement....the rules they abide.....the collision of the future that left them blind to who they are or dreamed to be.The journey...the destination.....the long lost love...the reunion....the hopeful...the waiting...the could of beens...the should of been there...... haven't the time to...the too busy....the egotistic selfie advertising the unreal.....the hugs...the missed you...the break....the reminder...the lost...the homeless...the failure...the helpless...the tears of seeing you...the laughs....the cries....the goodbyes....the individual thoughts they all mask from eachother as they walk among strangers.....the role play of the self....the image we want to project.....all these things.......all these things......hey....your trains arriving on platform 3....go join the others and sit watching their silent thoughts as they gaze through windows of fast flickering images of light and dark.....for this is who we are.......enjoy your journey with a smile of understanding.
