I was playing around with Open D tuning on the guitar and came up with a repeating chord pattern; the lyrics just seemed to flow right into it. I went to the studio and added the drum machine tablas and the synth sitar. I sent it to my producer who added even more and turned it into my most unique song.

Life is a carnival, we’re just along for the ride.
Where we’re headed there is no way to tell.
We go along, taking all things in stride.

We may reach out trying to grab the ring,
