I wrote this song after the school shooting in Texas. As we questioned why this keeps repeating, I wondered what is it that could be said to a child to enable him to make great choices. Persistence is the words, I came up with.

Greater things in life are ahead of you.
When the voice of confusion tries to steer you wrong.
Know doing right not wrong gets you recognition.

Even if you don’t earn money or fame.
