"Sick Desires" names the infection inside the Relay world. Desire is no longer only personal appetite; it is trained, priced, redirected, and made useful to the order that feeds on it.
The song functions as a pressure point between policy and body. What the Conclave/Relay world does politically, it also does erotically and psychologically.
