"13 Off-Name" closes the album as an identity error in the Relay's naming system. After a record obsessed with commands, brands, and legible bodies, the off-name figure becomes a problem the machine cannot file cleanly.
The track works like a glitch left in the registry. The Relay can command what it can name; off-name survival is harder to possess.
Music, arrangements and lyrics: Andre Willowisp. Vocals: Eira Nova. Artwork: SURVIVORIA.

That klaxon's howl, the Conclave's iron voice
Now predicates a sanguinary stream
It leaves behind no pardon and no choice
Annihilating every fragile dream
