"A Covenant of Silk and Void" gives the new reality a sacred contract. Silk suggests beauty, softness, and seduction; void suggests absence and cosmic terror. Together they form the promise that Dot will later witness from outside the loop.
The track sounds like the Goddess's reality at its most ceremonial. The covenant is alluring because it is elegant, but its other partner is still the void.
