Do you know where you would go? You should think about this. You don't know when your time will be up. This is something we really don't think about because we think we will live forever, especially when we are young. When I first got the notion to write this song it really hit me hard. Was I really living for Jesus or for myself. As I began to write the lyrics I came to the conclusion I wasn't really living for Him that much at all. It's easy to get caught up in worldly things and that's the worst thing we can do. Just like Matthew West's song,(the motions), we tend to go through the motions many of our days and really don't put forth a great effort. Let's not live going through the motions every day. We never know when we will be called home away from this world. This applies to me also because sometimes I catch myself trying just to get by. If you died right now, would you be counted worthy?
